 1.  Products and Authenticity

We offer sports cards and memorabilia from a wide variety of sports and eras. While we strive to verify the authenticity of all items, we cannot guarantee third-party claims unless the product is certified by a reputable authentication service (e.g., PSA, BGS, JSA, etc.). All product descriptions and photos aim to be as accurate as possible. Many of our items are considered “raw” or “ungraded” unless otherwise stated in the product description.

 2.  Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure processors as listed at checkout.

 3.  Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within 3–5 business days of the order date, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, and selected shipping method. Tracking numbers will be provided where available. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the shipping carrier upon our delivery of the package. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or customs. However, we will assist in filing claims when possible.

 4.  Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law. Exceptions may apply for items damaged in transit or if we made an error in fulfilling your order. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include a clear photo of the item and packaging in your email so we can verify the issue. Approved returns must be shipped back at your expense unless otherwise stated.

 5.  Condition Disclaimer

The condition of cards and memorabilia can vary. Any condition labels (e.g., “Near Mint,” “VG,” or numerical grades) are based on our best assessment or are assigned by third-party grading services. Many items are sold in “raw” ungraded form. Please carefully review all item photos and descriptions prior to purchasing.

 6.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaeger’s Cards & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

 7.  Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including but not limited to images, logos, product descriptions, branding, and website design—is the exclusive property of Jaeger’s Cards & Co. and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our express written permission.

 8.  User Conduct

You agree to use our site lawfully and refrain from:

 •  Attempting unauthorized purchases or account access
